[Infovis] Open PostDoc Position: Equity Analytics : Addressing gender pay equity with visual analytics at Inria in France

We are recruiting a 2-year PostDoc to work on the topic of Equity Analytics : Addressing gender pay equity with visual analytics. The position is part of a collaboration between that Aviz team at Inria in France and an Icelandic startup called Payanalytics. The goal of the project is to reduce bias and support decision making regarding pay equity with visualization/visual analytics solutions.
