The successful candidates will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of web-based dashboards supporting interactive analysis and visualization of large-scale climate, ocean, and atmospheric datasets. We are seeking, in particular, one Research Scientist with a Ph.D. degree in visualization or equivalent from a related area, two full-stack software development engineers, and one data architect/engineer. The advertised research scientist position will be affiliated with Red Sea Modeling and Prediction Group led by Professor Ibrahim Hoteit. The successful candidate for the research scientist position will work in collaboration with other group members for the design and development of web-based visualization tools and dashboards for the large-scale ocean and atmospheric models and datasets, supporting the needs of KAUST and industry partners.
