Mathematical foundations, algorithms and tools, and applications are covered. In addition to regular sessions, 7 special sessions will be organized on the following topics: * Streaming Continual Learning: fast adaptation and knowledge consolidation in dynamic environment * Foundation and Generative Models for Graphs * Graph Generation for Life Sciences * Statistical learning and modelling with longitudinal data for socio-economic and biomedical applications * Machine learning and applied Artificial Intelligence in cognitive sciences and psychology * Network Science Meets AI * Quantum, Quantum Inspired and Hybrid Machine Learning ESANN 2025 builds upon a successful series of conferences organized each year since 1993. ESANN has become a major scientific event in the machine learning, computational intelligence and artificial neural networks fields over the years. The conference will be organized in hybrid mode. In-person participation is preferred, however online participation is possible for those who prefer not to travel. The physical conference will be organized in Bruges, one of the most beautiful medieval towns in Europe. Designated as the "Venice of the North", the city has preserved all the charms of the medieval heritage. Its centre, which is inscribed on the Unesco World Heritage list, is in itself a real open-air museum.
