[Infovis] GoFundMe campaign for needy students to attend IEEE VR 2024 (DEIA effort)

The IEEE VR 2024 Chairs for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) just launched a GoFundMe campaign to raise $4K to support conference attendance for select students who would attend if it wasn’t for financial or other barriers.
