With the first deadline only days away, we encourage interested authors to complete their submissions as soon as possible. *Upcoming Poster Submission Deadlines*All deadlines are 23:59:59 AoE (Anywhere on Earth): - *December 19, 2025* — Title, category, and author information due - *December 22, 2025* — Two-page extended abstract and optional supplemental materials due - January 21, 2026 — Notification of results - January 28, 2026 — Camera-ready materials due (poster PDF, teaser video, teaser image, and copyright) Poster submissions consist of a two-page extended abstract submitted through the IEEE VR PCS system. The poster PDF itself is not required until the camera-ready stage, following acceptance. Posters are an excellent opportunity to present emerging ideas, early-stage results, and work-in-progress to the IEEE VR community.
