ISMB Proceedings ---------------------------- Novel, unpublished work can be submitted as a paper to the ISMB Proceedings (see https://www.iscb.org/ismb2022-submissions/proceedings for details). Accepted submissions will be published in the OUP Journal Bioinformatics (http://bioinformatics.oxfordjournals.org/ <http://bioinformatics.oxfordjournals.org/>, impact factor 6.9) and presented orally at BioVis. Submission Deadline: January 13, 2022 2. Talks ---------------------------- Participants are encouraged to submit short abstracts highlighting previously published work, or long abstracts discussing unpublished work. Accepted talks will be presented orally at BioVis. Submission Deadline: t.b.a. (~April, 2022) 3. Posters and demos ---------------------------- We invite participants to submit work in progress and preliminary results, previously published work from other venues, and visualization challenges to be presented as a poster or interactive demo.
