Visualization Show Case – CARLA 2018

Building on the great success of the previous nine editions, this year
the Latin American Conference on High Performance Computing (CARLA
2018) will be held in the Guatiguará Technology Park, in Piedecuesta
town at Metropolitan Area of Bucaramanga City in Colombia, from
September 26 to 28.

The Visualization Showcase presents the convergence of novel methods,
algorithms, technologies and creative processes to produce scientific
imagery and its applications to enable scientific discovery. The
visualization should show the science behind and highlight insights
gained from analyzing the simulation results. Authors are invited to
submit posters and visualization demos as short papers describing the
scientific problem the simulation seeks to solve and methods, tools,
techniques, etc. employed to enable discovery through visualization.

Instructions for Authors

must guarantee their presentation during the conference.

Poster display format details will be send to authors of accepted
proposals. For visualization demos, authors must submit an open access
