The advertised position is part of a high profile international EU-H2020-JTI-IMI2 funded collaborative project (MOBILISE-D: Connecting digital mobility assessment to clinical outcomes for regulatory and clinical endorsement), involving 35 institutions in 11 countries (https://research.ncl.ac.uk/bam/theteam/bamresearchgroupvacancies/ ).

The research associate will develop visualization and data analysis methods, as part of a data management platform that will be developed within the project, and will be located in the Scalable research group (https://www.ncl.ac.uk/computing/research/groups/scalable ) in the School of Computing, working closely with the Brain and Movement research team in the Clinical Ageing Research Unit. The School of Computing, which was ranked 1st in the UK for research impact in the latest Research Excellence Framework, is a partner in the Alan Turing Institute, the UK’s leading institute for research into data science and AI, and hosts the National Innovation Centre for Data.
