Dear all,

My lab at Harvard Medical School has openings for multiple postdoctoral fellows in visualization of biomedical data. These positions are available immediately:

http://gehlenborglab.org/team/positions/postdoctoral-fellow-ehr-data-visualization/

Develop novel visualization methods and educational materials for data generated by the 4CE Consortium. 4CE is an international consortium for electronic health record (EHR) data-driven studies of the COVID-19 pandemic. This project is highly interdisciplinary and being conducted in close cooperation with clinical experts, providing an excellent opportunity for collaborative research. Key collaborators are Isaac Kohane, Griffin Weber, Paul Avillach, Gabriel Brat, and Tianxi Cai at Harvard Medical School.

Develop novel visualization methods and tools for data generated by the NIH 4D Nucleome Consortium. This project is highly interdisciplinary and being conducted in close cooperation with computational and experimental domain experts, providing an excellent opportunity for collaborative research. Key collaborators are Peter Park at Harvard Medical School, Leonid Mirny at MIT, and Job Dekker at HHMI/UMASS Medical School. Successful applicants will be contributing to the NIH 4D Nucleome Consortium, which recently launched its 2nd phase (2020 - 2025).

Best,
